1. Payment Processing

Cybersource APP acts as an interface to the Visa Cybersource network. You are responsible for compliance with Visa/Mastercard rules.

2. Fraud Management

Use of Decision Manager tools does not guarantee zero chargebacks. You remain liable for fraudulent transactions.
